Sessions and services

Built from what educators asked for.

Every offering below traces to a specific request or finding from our measured sessions. Educators wrote the product line; we built it. And every engagement ends the same way: with a report.

Where it started.

The ThinkFirst Session

Sixty to ninety minutes inside a PD day you already have, for full faculty or a leadership council. What AI actually does, the research on thinking first, live demonstrations with real documents, and an anonymous poll before and after. The room leaves with a shared vocabulary. You leave with the evidence.

60 to 90 minutes. Full faculty or leadership council. Fits an existing PD block, nothing to install.

Every engagement ends with a report

Written for the leader who has to stand in front of a school committee. Staff voices run through the margins; every figure states a finding, not a chart type.

Roughly eight pages, with role and grade-band breakdowns, figures ready for a committee slide, and an honest section on what one measurement can and cannot tell you.

The rest of the line

Each of these exists because educators in measured sessions asked for it, in so many words. The words are quoted below.

Half day

"48% named assessing student thinking their top framework priority."

AI-Resistant Curriculum Design

Department teams bring real assignments and rebuild them with four design rules: anchor it locally, grade the chain, estimate before lookup, invite AI on purpose. We work your actual units, not samples.

You leave withRedesigned assignments, a rubric that assesses thinking, and the pattern for building more.

Half day. Department or grade-band teams.

Workshop

"This training, with practice using our students' work."

Student Work Studio

Educators bring de-identified work from their own classrooms and practice reading the thinking inside it, using structured extraction prompts and misconception maps. The privacy protocol comes first. Then the practice, on your real cases.

You leave withA repeatable routine for turning a stack of student work into tomorrow's lesson.

90 minutes to half day. PLCs and grade teams.

Series

"How do you build the framework?"

Framework Sprint

For the group writing the rules. Two to three facilitated sessions turn your staff's own polled hopes, worries, and priorities into district AI guidance, assessment first. Family engagement is built in, not bolted on.

You leave withA guidance document your committee can adopt, grown from your own staff's data.

Two to three sessions. Leadership teams and committees.

Standing service

"74% asked for the next session before leaving the room."

The Pulse

Our own reports name the honest limit: durability is a question only a second measurement can answer. The Pulse answers it. We re-poll your staff across the year and report the trend: is confidence holding, where are the new worries, what should the next PD day cover.

You leave withEvidence instead of anecdotes, on a schedule.

Polls each term, report to leadership after each.
